Deposit: The deposit must be returned with the signed agreement by the date specified. If not received by the date indicated may void this agreement.

Set-Up: Our arrival to set-up is our decision. If you require us to set-up prior to our estimates we will require an additional fee. Please have someone available beforehand to show us where to set-up and pay the balance due.

Balance Due: The balance due will be required before equipment is set-up NO exceptions can be made on site. Lost time or revenue because of the delay of final payment will be lessee's responsibility. NOTE: Ample time will be granted to produce final payment before agreement is voided.

Liability: Due to the nature of party rental equipment and the different conditions in which the equipment is used. We cannot be held liable for any injures whatsoever. You and/or your insurance company(s) shall bear all responsibility for any injuries sustained on/or around rented equipment including supervisors. You are responsible for the safety of your guest’s behavior. If anybody is behaving in a way which may endanger anyone, including that person you or your supervisor(s) must stop such behavior or remove the individual from participating. Supervisors must be at least 16 years of age and be properly educated in their duties to supervise each particular piece of equipment.

Operators: We will instruct proper and safe use of the equipment according to the supplied instructions, this term's agreement, and common sense. You must orientate any operators appointed by you if not available prior to start time. All attendants must enforce all safety and behavior rules.

Equipment Damage:
You must accept full responsibility for the physical condition of the equipment while in your possession. You will be responsible for any repair to damage incurred while in your possession. Any repair to be made will be arranged by us and must be acceptable i.e. safety and esthetic acceptably. Complete replacement will be required if equipment is damaged beyond acceptable standards or stolen.

Equipment Condition: During your possession, you must not allow animals, Silly String, food or beverage in or around the equipment. However if soiled i.e. food or drink spills, face paint, dirt, debris, vomit, animal waste, etc. you must clean it up immediately. Failing to do so will incur a $100.00 - $500.00 clean-up fee.

Silly String: Canned spray strings in any form are strictly prohibited in or around the inflatable at any time. This includes participants who may have the canned spray string on them from previous play. Canned spray string creates unseen vinyl and stitching damage. Harsh chemicals must be used in order to remove canned spray strings and it’s residue; which also degrades the vinyl integrity. You WILL incur a damage and cleaning fee to be determined by Lessor between $100.00 - $1,000.00 or up to full replacement of the unit! Including any lost business incurred!

Site Requirements: Electrical (for all inflatables) and water supply (for all water related units) is required and is necessary to complete your rental.
          (1) A dedicated 15amp circuit is required for EACH blower required for use within 100 feet of the blower (please check electrical availability). A gas powered generator may be used as a substitute as long as it produces at least 5,000 watts for each blower.
          (2) Water must be available and a hose supplied to where your rental is to be set up. We can provide a hose however it must be listed on your rental agreement and must within 50 foot of the water hose spigot.
          (3) The set-up area must be clean (including animal droppings), flat, uncluttered, safe, & well lit with ample room (including overhead height) for safe operation of all equipment. We must stake down most all equipment so any buried lines must be clearly marked which you are responsible for.

Property Damage: We cannot be responsible or liable for any damage to property due to set-up, removal or operation. Including driving on unpaved areas required to set-up equipment. Labor: If contracted, our attendants are provided for the safe operation and supervision of the equipment only and not provided as baby sitters or security guards.

Behavior: You are responsible for your guests. Understanding that threatening or abusive language, destructive or dangerous behavior will not be tolerated. You must take immediate corrective action or accept our decision to void the contract, cease operation, and leave your event with no recourse.

Weather: We cannot be held responsible for conditions which may inhibit or prevent us from setting up or completing your rental. If for any reason your event is delayed, curtailed or cancelled due to weather; including but not limited to high winds, precipitation, temperature etc., we cannot be held liable for any damages / financial loss incurred. We may at our discretion however, offer a credit on future rentals based on the facts of the incident.

Refunds:
All payments are non-refundable including deposits and are considered earned. If we are delayed (by our cause) more than 30 minutes we will offer an extension of play, past our contracted time or issue a credit on future rentals. If your event is delayed, cancelled or postponed for any other reason including but not limited to electrical problems, water problems, weather, personnel, site conditions etc. we cannot be held responsible for time or revenue lost and no compensation can be granted.
